Refund policy
At BoutiqueByMariam we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- BoutiqueByMariam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Please contact our Customer Care center at info@boutiquebymariam.com to start your return and receive the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer care contact center is available at info@boutiquebymariam.com
International orders returned to www.BoutiqueByMariam.com will receive a refund for the merchandise only. Duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded.
If you chose to pay duties and taxes at time of delivery, you will not be credited for the duties, taxes or tariffs.
Please allow up to four (4) weeks for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
Damages and issues
We inspect every order prior to shipping. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
